I used to study Spanish for most of my life since I have Hispanic family members but I still can't understand or speak it.
For the situation now, having a yard would help me get out the apartment, as it is there is a road right when we open the door and one right behind the apartment building and my son has a habit of bolting and I couldn't trust him to stand still while I close the door. I can't go out without him to buy anything, the stores are in another town and I can't drive. I don't think I want to push myself to speak because that will just cause me never to say anything, I'll just have to accept that it will happen when it needs to.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
