This one makes no sense either. Especially without telling precisely what is that supposed to mean. Players already complained against stalkers, sexual harassment, sexual and inappropriate role-playing and similar stuff. Encouraging it may only lead to losing the best of player base (i.e. active players, players who make contests and initiatives, players who are actively involved in the game in any way whether they are FGs, shop workers, designers, senators, or just active and enthusiastic players who make things moving on. In short, those who are f**king doing something to make BL fun and enjoyable place) and majority of players who enjoys their work. I would like that Sexual Affairs Minister is the role made for fighting AGAINST sexually inappropriate content, harassment, stalking, weird role-playing and similar issues. Only that way this role can make some sense and bring good to all BL citizens.

This one sounds nice and cute, but again, what is Fashion and beauty Minister supposed to do? To create beauty contests (?) - we already have it. Players, whether they are SMs, Senators, Citizens or Legal Aliens are already doing that quite regularly.
Does it mean to ensure having nice make up, clothes and other items, something that Shop workers are already working quite successfully (?) - that makes some sense in these terms, but we are already doing it, self-organized, without much help from higher ups, except from Kimsim and volunteer workers - designers and shop workers.
Does this role maybe mean that someone will have to promote BL all-over the web for free, writing that BL is beautiful virtual place for virtual life? Sorry, but there are ads for promotions of any kind. Expecting someone to do it for free is not a good idea. Doing digital marketing is popular and payed job. It's also time consuming and no one is willing to do it for free unless they do it for personal projects and jobs.

There are many ways of how this role could be understood or misunderstood, so please enlighten us and be more specific what is the point and goal of Fashion and beauty Minister.

The rest of ideas sound Ok, but it would be handy to be more specific about them. For instance Home Affairs Minister role - what it should really represent? Is it something like the chief/head-manager of FGs/bimbo patrol and states' patrols who should managed them or what? Is this minister supposed to resolve conflicts between players? More explanations please because most of this sounds too unclear and foggy to be considered.
a) protecting Bimbos all over the world eg in Facebookland, redditland, tumblrland, instaland etc
b) promoting and representing Bimboland on the international stage and bringing Bimbos home
Again, are we speaking here about free advertising on social networks? There are paying ads for that and professionals who should do such things. If you expect players to do that, and expect them to it regularly, then you should compensate them for it with at least in-game benefits.
Do I have to mention that FB and IG BL pages are almost dead? No one responds there. On FB page even option to leave a comment was not available last time I wanted to check why BL was down and when it was supposed to get back in life. There are only PBQC (former DQFC) monthly results and and electional announcements. At the moment these pages are totally useless because they are not user-friendly even for BL players who turn to them usually when BL is down. We don't need these pages to socialize there because we are already doing it here. When we check them, it usually happens when BL is down and in hope to find something regarding that, which happened to be unsuccessful anyway.

This makes sense only as long as state forum rules are in alliance with general forum rules and if majority agrees to it. This change is really unnecessary. The only benefit of it is giving a bit more power to SMs. To possible and probable problem is having messy forum if rules for each state forum differs a lot from each other and if they are not in accordance with general forum rules.

Really not necessary change, but not that bad either. SMs were already able to change the state ideology and not many of them did that. Again, this change is not vital for improving BL, except it gives a little more power to SMs who haven't actually asked for that.

Please consider this idea again. SMs should represent citizens and aliens in their state, not only other senators who don't run for SM, so it doesn't make sense not to afford non-senators to vote in elections. Beside that, other problems with this idea are already mentioned in many posts before. Some states don't have big population and thus not enough senators to make this idea feasible. Even if it was otherwise, it's just not just and right. It won't turn non-paying players into paying ones. If you really want to give some more power or advantage to senators, please consider implementing some new features such bigger discounts for instance or something like that, and/or parliament for senators. More fun features for senators can make non-senators to consider paying for senatorship. Just being able to vote in state elections won't do that simply because not all senators are interested in politics. The most important of all, allowing only senators to vote in state elections isn't just and democratic and BL strives to be the first online democratic republic, at least that's what you said...
