I feel like Punk could be moved into a "Music" category so that we can do other types of "music" themed outfits besides just punk/rock...Omg I would love this! So we could do pop or even classic then, now there has been suggestions about changing it to punk rock but this would make the category even bigger and not everyone would look the same in their fishnet stockings :)
Here is a list of suggestions that seemed quite popular:
Keep 1.Casual, day time, 2. Spooky, 3.Gothic, 4.Retro, 5.Pajama party, 6.Red Carpet and 7. Cosplay and 8. Fantasy as they are.
9. Change “Slutty” to “Sexy” or "Revealing"
10. Change “Evening” to “Party”
11. “Date” or “Romantic” could be changed to any other category because they are basically the same thing and leave the other one in the list as it is. Majority seemed to think this way
12. Change “Movie character” to “Popculture”
13. Change "Punk" to "Punkrock" or “Music”
With these ideas we would have 13 categories left. (I still feel a bit unsure about cosplay as some of you have mentioned it… but I wouldn't mind if it stayed as the way it is. I would dress my bimbo to some japanese related character as I’m doing quite much now).
We have had many suggestions about amount of slots. The number has been from 16 to 20.
As I have been thinking, 18 slots would be nice. So we could have 16 categories (->adding 3 categories more) and 2 extra slots for outfits for contests and freestyled outfits. Then it would make 18 available slots. (This decision is up to team, I think) What do you think?List of suggested categories:

I think the inherent issue with more slots is that it is a selling feature to have people pay for grander access. IIRC, there are only 2 slots (??) available to free play residents.We already do that to get all 12 slots, we pay 170 diamonds for 1 slot
Perhaps there should be an option for purchasing more slots via gems. It is a compromise that still leaves a window for people making $$$ purchases of diamonds for slots, but also leaves opportunity for people to grind it out to slowly earn more slots.
I do agree that the current max limit is far too low though. I think that a senatorship should provide enough slots to cover fashion fights plus a spare. Then leave the ability for them to purchase more as well. Seeing as they are already spending, it seems like a window to generate more $$$
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I would really like a category for DQFC, so we can challenge each other to fights.But the theme for DQFC tends to be different every month!

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
