The State of Bimbolands message may have you confused right now, so I just want to lay out what proper forum behavior is going to be, one step at a time. Right now it is the same as it always has been. I am very much against censorship, on any level so don't worry about that.
There is limits of course. Following the normal social LAWS of your nation of birth is a good place to start to be a good Bimbolander.
I want to prepare you for one major change in this section that I and the State Ministers will begin doing. We will be enforcing a policy of:
Posting in Existing Threads.
This means if there is a topic about shoes, and you want to talk about going shopping for shoes with your friends, and broke a heel and walked home barefoot, Put it into a Thread called Shoe's What are they good for, or Epic Fail, or Founders Inn. Don't Make a new thread just for your story about shoes. Try and find your story a home in the best possible thread for it. Use your imagination. Where would it get the most views, comment's and like's.
I can promise the New Players that if you do this you will make friends on this game and you will love the forum even more. Other players will reply to your comment, instead of watching die because long time players already have an established thread they use. To make friends, you need to join friends.
You can also challenge yourself to come up with New and Exciting political topics for the forum that would have a broad interest to all bimbo's. It always looks great to be the opening poster of those conversations ! I will be giving extra credit for those. Remember, I now hold Bimbolands purse too and I don't mind using it if a Political themed Thread reaches a sizable page count.
Has anyone noticed the Like Button. USE IT. It matters in Bimbolands. It is a feature that will be used very soon.
At this time I do not plan on removing any existing threads. I may put some of them up to a vote however. Some of them I feel should really be considered a game. There is a game section for them, and if they continue to be distracting to the general forum I will place notice on them and put them to a vote if the population thinks a thread is a game or not. So I suggest if you are playing a game in the General Forum, that you move it to the Games Section as soon as you can.
I feel it is better to let them die a natural death in the General Section and become part of Bimboland's history.
I also wish to discourage 'Text-speak'. Not ban. I do ask that text speak not to be used in the title's of new threads, unless needed to convey a point. For example: OMG Taxi drivers stink. For a thread about bad driver's? Ehhh it happens. Text speak is not understood by many second language players, and we can show some support for them by speaking clearly on the forum.
