Your question truly makes sense, if the whole point is to avoid names. There is no way to post outfit publicly and without the name. We will see how it goes with changes, maybe there won't be need for posting outfits. Anyway, you can post your outfit later, as a screenshot. In that case, you don't even need to keep the same outfit public after applying for DQFC. When you click on DQFC button you'll see your outfit saved, take a screenshot and uopload it.
The reason why I said post it after applying for DQFC and before change is that last time Kirsty had problem putting screenshots into poll and had to try a few times before it worked finally. It was because of different links. Outfits that were posted using the hanger icon were not the problem. Outfits that were posted as screenshots, using external app, had different links. For some reason it messed up with the poll, which is again an external app.
I hope this makes sense to you, it sounds complicated and messed but actually it's all about different links and using third party apps.

Meetings are over, so I have the list of changes that will appear soon.

- daily task will be removed,
- registration fee will be increased (to 500B$ probably),
- registration will be limited to Bimbos with level 6 and higher,
- Bimbos' names will be removed,
- full results will be published the way we see leaderboards now,
- RIP Bimbos will be removed,
- own Bimbo will be removed from candidates.

These are the most popular proposition, I think.

We will receive 8 Bimbos to vote for and 3 votes (it's still not sure, maybe it will be 10 or 6, but more than 3 for sure and more than 1 vote).

Propositions that will not appear:
- removing the same Bimbos from voting in next days (because it actually depends on your browsers' cookies settings, not on the game's code),
- DQFC for Bimbos and DQFC for Himbos (but I got - again - the promise that Himbos will receive hairs, makeups and tattoos just just in a moment).

Aaaaand last but not least:
There's a small chance that the closest DQFC (February) will take place with all new features, but it's more likely that we'll see them in March.

Well at least some changes have happened, all we can do now is wait until they are implemented and see how it works out. It may not seem like alot off change but small changes at a time i think will work best. So if something on the list doesnt seem to work maybe we can swap it out we somthing else or slowly add more as the months go.

I am disappointed the himbo's don't get a separate contest. Couldn't they simply do it after the DQFC so they aren't doing 2 contest's at the same time.
