also, when the prophet said it was haram, he was clearly talking about western drugs like alcohol, ganja, paint thinner, etc...

to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4
