We can't take off our hairstyles at this point :( I'm having the same issue. Best I got is pick one fav. wig and buy hair that kinda matches... Hopefully they give us a layering feature again so we can correct this as well as some of the layering issues we experience with some of the clothes...

IF you get a haircut or change your make up its a one shot deal. Everytime you want to change it, it costs but it doesn't add anything to your inventory. If you want hair and make up in your inventory, you have to buy them out of the clothing shop. IF you want to just change the look of your bimbo and you go o the beauty shop. its no different than it was in the old version. you buy it each and everytime you want to change it. Its cosmetic, not an inventory item ;)

electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4
