But I also think that dislikes aren`t necessary :/ I would wote for 6) from Kimsim list, BUT, maybe different reactions would give different amount of points? E.g. In themselves they will change nothing, but they can be used to promote some ideas above the value of their worth, or make other good ideas seem worthless (this is why elections etc. can be rigged). To truly make change, remove all the buttons and if you agree/disagree then make a statement for discussion.

electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4
