No, they can't get removed. But one of them can be recolored and pics switched. It is most likely left out of place on purpose because it is a duplicate.
is a little above the actual base eye of the bimbo. the bottom of the eyepatch does end at the bottom of the eye, but the top of the eyepatch covers even where the brow would be, making it look kind of wonky. i think it should be moved down a little bit. 
under badges might also be better served under the gloves category.
under the hair-clip clothing category shows as being right in front of the bimbo's nose.
hello i'm pretty new here and i'm not sure if this is a bug or is just the way it is but when i use the feet for heels they don't remove the basic feet model

to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
