Yes, I was just thinking about that myself.Normally I am strongly in favor of the 5:4 voting ratio as well, but lately I've been casting the fifth vote whenever it was possible. Currently we are at 67 pages of debates, by the way.
Some days there are almost no debates & the 5:4 voting ratio is great. But, today, I will probably not try to keep that ratio because I want to help clear up debates, not keep them going as long as possible.
I have seen so many good entries for this month's PBFC!Quite the diversity when it comes to the submitted outfits, too. Perhaps I should participate as well in future PBFC's, it has been a while.

put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are
electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.
Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4
