The best way to mitigate copying pbfc outfits is to make the "show this outfit to others" feature actually work. This thing doesn't work while you're making and saving the outfit which kind of beats the purpose. If it worked people could prevent their outfits from being stolen because nobody would be able to see them. After the pbfc deadline passes you could just enable people to see the outfit again and that's it problem solved.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
