Those with the best jobs are going to be the highest in sex appeal, so it's more a level advantage plus a senator/state minister advantage = win. Sex appeal rankings to me are always the same 10 people, not really much that can be done about it unless how we earn SA is changed. 

It'd be nice to have another top 10 for something more luck based or trivial such as best mini-game score for the week. Just an idea though. I don't really know how else to proceed with the ranking system.

To be fair though the game has to be a business so it can survive, if not then no more Bimboland. Dressup and pet games online on PC are imo past their prime, gaming more popular on mobile for the average "gamer". 

I'd just suggest more top 10s that aren't level/membership-based or make it so top 3 winners can't come in top 3 spots every week to allow other players to get into the top spots. Basically a limit so you can only place top 3 in each category every other week. Or some similar idea to spice up the variety.

i'm senator, i was prime and state minister... the form of government is called plutocracy.
the rich rules.
but lillyfee is right: it's not fair.
the thing is, that working became too important, when getting money for being active in the forum was cancelled.
that's the way the developers prefer.
if you look around: it's the same on many other gaming platforms.
with paying nothing, you are a player as all others, with paying for extras, it's easier to get on top.
right now we've a bad balance and i understand every bimbo who quits.
after all it should be a bimbo fashion community with some gaming addons. but we have a level hunting game with some bimbo fashion extras.

What's wrong with pay-to-win system? I am not paying and I know I will never be in TOP10 but what is wrong with this? If someone pays REAL money, why this person shouldn't have some kind of points boost? And why non paying players should be equal with paying players? Kimsim wrote in one of the threads how much it cost to run this page and we still DON'T HAVE TO pay. I enjoy playing, buying clothes, fighting and first of all FORUM SECTION. Community is the biggest strenght of this page. Leaderboards is just a funny addition.

I want to become Prime Ximbo. How do I do that?
Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 3 stage process from Senator>State Minister> Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

Where do important discussions take place?
The Forum.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo citizens.
A percentage of the money paid by Ximbo citizens via Paypal and SMS is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is wisely used for further game development.
