For now, I have to tell you the criteria for rating your outfits, as I promised. 


RATING METHOD
Hi my dear people, you really did amazing job, I didn't think I would have this much difficulties to pick the bests of you. So, I made decision to rate your outfits depending on several criteria.

That will be:
Theme (0-5 points) - this tells if your entry is appropriate according to theme of contest. 
Creativity (0-5 points) - I think this is obvious criteria
Completeness (0-5 points) - this means how much your outfit is complete (enough accessories, background, make up etc.)
Fitting (0-5 points) - this criteria is for how every item of your outfit matches with one another (if clothes fit to accessories or inversely)
Hair (0-5 points) - There was no way you get less than 5 in this category (except you wore that basic hair from the beginning of the game)
Make up (0-5 points) - any make up will bring you 5 points except you don't have it
Accessories (0-5 points) - Here, I evaluated if you have enough accessories, are they appropriate to that outfit, are they combined right with clothes...
Background (0-5 points) - Just have it, and you'll get 5 (I was looking whether the scene behind you can be connected to Autumn season)
Likes (0-5 points) - This number is scaled according to one who have the most likes (for example: if the entry with the most likes has 20 likes, that's 5 point. Then, 5/20 = 0.25. So, someone who has 10 likes will have 0.25*10 = 2.5 point in this category, or someone with 15 will have 0.25*15=3.75)
General impression (0-5 points) - That is what impression your outfit made at me. I tried to be objective with other criteria, but here, I just couldn't be, either I like it, or not.  

I have to say that all of your entries are amazing, and I am begging you, don't hate me for marks (ratings) I'll  give to you. I just had to find the way that would make this contest fair and I wanted you to know that I was really giving my best to find the winners. I hope I'll do it, and hope you like this system of rating.

When I finish, I will publish results in table with columns of your names and ratings. There will be a small comment of outfit for everyone of you.
And banners for the best 10 of you.

Harmony White: Very sweet outfit, but at first sight looks too simple because of using only two colors where white (as neutral) is dominant.
TokiKonoe: Almost perfect outfit for autumn days. I like the "two jacket" moment. I wish I had seen more details like scarf or any jewelry and maybe tights under long socks (I froze when I had imagined how it would be if there was a little higher wind haha). I like the ear protector.
Ayvahh: I like the windy view. Why did I gave you less than 5 for fitting and accessories? The answer is: It looks like you pick everything black or black with white and put on you. The sock's don't look either white or gray, just bit dirty. I would add more colors. And that hat and that earrings? 
orientina: I like the touch of Paris in your look, and at other side there are that biker moments. I can connect everything under "rock elegant" and I like it, but then, I'd choose different hair (something less sophisticated), and maybe different purse and earrings.
Tworek: I wrote comment for previous outfit (I edited ratings, but didn't write the comment for new outfit. I'll add it later).
AnastazjaNadia: It's raining outside and you don't have umbrella or hat? Perfect combination of leather jacket and boots, but colors are so neutral and that made your outfit little no interesting.
Marco Genovese: Bravo for only brave himbo and for effort, adroitness and idea. I know you boys don't have as much clothes as we girls do.
girlygurl14: Your outfit looks like you piled everything you have under the hand. And it doesn't fit in the best way. Everything and nothing. Be more creative next time and match clothes better.
AnaisLuna: Completed outfit for autumn with all necessary items but I think they don't fit perfectly. There's many shades of brown and red and I think items should be picket more carefully.
turboprinzessin: Your combination looks pale, with no bright colors. Also, that hat is more for spring, and I don't like the flowers, hearts, rhombuses in one outfit. 
Cliv: I like evening scene and the match of bow and bag, but that bag and brown boots? Maybe not summer top (I'd choose something longer). Nice hair!
Shiz_Briz: Simple and without something that would give the soul to your outfit. I don't like how these shoes match with your outfit. Cute dog.
Irena: Complete outfit (I can't find what is missing). Maybe little sign of autumn in whole scene? My only objection is for bag and shoes - would like they are not so neutral (maybe something more interesting). One of my favorite looks.
princesslollipop1989: Clothes are little boring to me, and your outfit looks like "out of fashion". Even casual outfits can be attractive, but your is not. If you tried white shirt with long sleeves and maybe scarf (or hairband), it would have been more interesting. Better make up.
Angra: Everything fit good but the outfit is "already seen". Easy matching with black accessories. Add more colors and noticeable details. 
Nidale: You shouldn't choose as casual outfit as you did for the restaurant with that sea view. I don't like combination of fur and blinking earrings; Some black jacket or coat would be perfect instead of waistcoat.
Neriah: Everything brown was put together with no much sense and creativity. I'm sure you can do it better.
megan fox: Looks like you forgot to put pants on; Lot of black and nothing else. That beret would better match with a raincoat in any bright color. Your outfit reminds me more of winter than autumn.
Waffle: Do you think your outfits is made with too many different materials? Knitted hat, leather loots, silky skirt, cotton bow? You need more accessories (bag, socks, different hat) better combined. Also, more colors.
Angelina Diamond2: Your outfit is little blank in my opinion (I don't count the dog and kid in outfit - btw they are adorable). Maybe more accessories (necklace, hat or hairband); I'd add jacket and scarf.
Mawesmazing: I'd like you go with your honey blonde hair; Maybe put shirt under the skirt. The combination of colors is more than okay, but the combination of clothes and accessories doesn't work its best this time. I like your pet.
LaurelineRe: The jumper-dress is perfect for autumn season. Hair accessories fit great with it (boots can be declared as good), but that bow and bag... Be more careful with matching items next time.
Iulja: Basic autumn outfit. I like the raining scene and you have umbrella (yay!). But the outfit have to be more specific. Add more accessories (something that make outfit interesting).
Finga: I tried to find objections. The hat and scarf with these long socks - perfect. Love the coat! Maybe different bag (it's more for summer - or just reminds me of). I have nothing more to say. Good job.
Amanda-losia: Summer outfit on a rainy day - open coat would be enough over that. It's little boring that black and red combination. You can do it better.
Athena019: I had told the girls: "It's monotonous outfit, put some colorful details." But your outfit is great although you use almost one color. I like it. My only wish is you to put more make up.

I want to become Prime Ximbo. How do I do that?
Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 3 stage process from Senator>State Minister> Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

Where do important discussions take place?
The Forum.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo citizens.
A percentage of the money paid by Ximbo citizens via Paypal and SMS is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is wisely used for further game development.
