This seems to be the right place to make the point that either the achievements are too high demanding or the prices are too high. Also there are so many hairstyles in headbands now that are really affordable and they do not count towards hair. Seems unfair to me. I often rather use headband hair even if it costs the same, because my drafted outfit gets lost once I change between clothes and hair wardrobe. One of the many little annoying things... :-/

Just because there are not enough now, it doesn't mean their wont be. Yeah, obviously it was possible to achieve it in the past even if their was only 1 you could buy in the past. but i mean there is nothing saying the ribbon has to be achievable now...i am sure it will be in time.

I would agree that some of the items should be realigned...there are subsets now that there never used to be. Pretty sure that is why they are not included,

It has been a long running problem for me. Buying and then using and saving Hairstyles, Makeup and Tattoos hasn't worked as an achievement right after I got the Pink Badges a few years ago within days of the achievement's going online, on the server.
Shopaholic Badge Too!!! Buy anything as a goal, and I've bought nearly 500,000 BS worth since the goal was made and I'm stuck on 49/500.
In Mass Debater achievement, my counter is Stuck at 946 / 1000 , when my actual count is 1,104
It just never mattered much to me, until they actually counted for something in the game.
I would eventually like to 'up-grade them'.

My shopaholic badge and mass debater badges seem to be working(they're still going up whenever I buy something), sounds like a glitch on your account. HLB, I'd recommend using the 'report a problem' link at the bottom of the page. I had to do it a while back for a different badge that was glitching on my account and they eventually figured out the problem and fixed it.

As for the hair/makeup/piercings/tattoos badges, I know the problem was addressed a couple of months ago in the Bug List topic, and Kim said that it would be added to their list of site problems to fix. Hopefully this is still the case.
