Hello Bimbo citizens

So I have listened to the needs of the general population and am aiming to devolve and empower as much as possible. So I will implement these changes -

1) Treasury money.
This will become the Prime Bimbos 'salary'.
I have read that you feel the Prime bimbo does not have enough power. This way the Prime Bimbo will have complete power of that money. On the last day of the Prime Bimbos term I will transfer that money to the paypal account of the prime Bimbo.
From there the Prime Bimbo is absolutely free to do whatever they wish with it ie keep for themselves as salary ,give to charity, a mix of the two, pay their senators, go on holiday, buy a mars bar. whatever. Its their choice right?
I believe this is the best way to empower the Prime Bimbo.

I will copy and paste the paypal receipt in the senate to keep utter transparency with you. For example if it was 1st feb 2016 today then I would transfer $268 to HeavenLeighBimbos account. From there she is free to do as she wishes.

This will start on Feb 1st

2) Devolving power to the state ministers. Each state minister will be free to change certain aspects of each states 'stats and identity'.

3) for the 1st of feb election only state ministers and the prime bimbo incumbent will be up for election.so there will be 7 runners. In order to become Prime Bimbo you must first win your state minister position. State minister elections will take place every 4 monthhs. The next elections ae on April 1st 2016

4) There will be a leaderboard for states also. soon

Overall I am hoping The Humanist Republic of Bimbolands can become the worlds first truly 'digital democractic nation' and go someway to uniting the world - one bimbo at a time.

Yes, I think we might finally be on the right path - Starting to feel like we're potentially getting somewhere with these new changes.

While I didn't originally agree with the whole PB salary thing (I much prefered the charity idea), I feel like all of this is super coherent the way you've explained it. Seemed pretty apparent to me that this site was lacking the direction and conviction needed to make it work, and I actually think it's pretty good of you to post in the forum to let everyone know how things are going to be. I think other members here must really appreciate that bit of communication from you too.

Are you kidding me? He obviously isnt listening well. There was an entire thread where more than half the people did NOT want a salary for the prime bimbo. Yes, they do not have enough power , but the people spoke and clearly most did NOT want money to be the power the PB received. What would be truly advantageous is if they gave the PB real power over the website instead of having to constantly consult the wishy washy leader who treats this site like a hobby at best.

The 'general population' voted against the treasury going towards the PB as a salary. I disagree entirely with your statement that 'this is the best way to empower the Prime Bimbo'. I absolutely believe throwing money someone's way is NOT the best to way to empower them.

I am very relieved that the President made this announcement. These two major policy changes had to be addressed by the President personally.  Politics is the art of compromise, and I lost that battle concerning the salary. I asked him to announce this one, because of my conflict of interest in being given the treasury.  The power to pick a charity was always in the area of the Prime Bimbo's duties.  Only actually duty to be precise, except what the Prime Bimbo makes of the job in the interests of moving the game along to be more playable from a players perspective. SweetAsNuts, and I have worked out a good system  but a New Prime Bimbo will have no handbook, to go from.  Trying to write that handbook is proving to be very challenging, but necessary for Bimbolands to continue to grow at a steady rate.

  Allowing a cash payment to be made to that elected Prime Bimbo, really is a test of character, and has nothing to do with Bimboland's.  Will they give that money away as promised by the owner of the game, so that the treasury is an actual charity as advertised?
  This could become very challenging in the future, when the population is very large, and we are talking about 10,000 or more dollars in a single term.  How many poor collage students that will be elected eventually could resist the temptation of keeping that sort of sum of money?
 (joking? I'm not to fond of the Idea of financing a Prime Bimbo's education of dancing, alcohol, and an un-planned pregnancy, as charity. Would it be any better if they used it for their own tuition? What are the odds?)
  Right now the level of work just doesn't justify keeping the treasury, in my opinion. It also opens the doors to what amounts to legal embezzlement from a charity fund, by just about any anonymous player, that can win an election by just being popular.  Don't say I didn't warn the masses.
  Would you give someone you don't know just 300.00 Dollars, if they promised to give the money away to a charity in a weeks time?
  How much do you think would get donated after a weeks time in someones pocket?

  I still don't think that this was the best way to devolve power between the President and the Prime Bimbo.
 If one actually had the ability to write computer code, and actually work on the game, I think then it would be very fair to receive pay for that skill, and job. This was the core of my debate with the President, as the players representative. 

I did support the new Election format.  I put it forth as a type of Primary voting system.  This will allow for growth in the amount of Senators in every State, while not creating a ballot with to many entries/candidates.  I had also ask for the State Minister, so that there was an individual power structure, that the Prime Bimbo can use to spread any news that may come up, or need action from the various States. It was natural that they would become the challengers to the incumbent.  I am currently working on giving them the power to edit, and moderate the forum as well.  This division of power was really needed, more for the future, than right now. With elections being a core principle of this game, it is important to get the rules of the elections just right.  I thought they were to vague and needed some clarification, and more structure.  I hope everyone approves of this, as I saw it to be the most fair way to pick a leader.

Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 3 stage process from Senator>State Minister> Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo citizens.
A percentage of the money paid by Ximbo citizens via Paypal and SMS is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is wisely used for further game development.
