I don't want to overflow you all with pop up's so decided to make one instead of three - more info but all nice and packed up in one place.
First of all congrats to our amazing SM - L, LillyAnn, audrey_lynn, bxdcherri, Melpomene, ximboglizzy! Some of them I know for a long time, some I only have started to know recently but believe my word when I say each of them are amazing, creative and kind ❤. In order to make the start of their term even more memorable besides the craze I decided to have a small contest also.

The time is moving quickly and September is right around the corner. What also means next PBFC is not far.
Please send me your August theme suggestions in private message under title 'September theme'. And this time there will also be a poll! The prize for winning theme is 1000D.
The deadline for sending themes is 24th August 23:59 BL time.
The rules stay the same as before:
1. Only one theme per player. Since you are sending them to me, you can of course change your mind and send a new one, just be clear which one to take into account.
2. Give your theme a proper headline and clear description - that is very important, otherwise they won't enter the poll.
3. If you send me a theme that is the same as or similar to a theme someone has sent before you, I will let you know so you can decide whether or not you want to change it.
4. Themes that can be interpreted as cultural appropriation are not allowed.
5. Themes that can be interpreted as discriminatory against any group of people are not allowed.
6. Themes based on the specific tv shows, movies, books, games, comics, etc. will not count.
7. Themes that were already PBFC themes or are very similar to them (1 year time frame) will not count either.
8. You can send me the same theme you have suggested in past.

My favorite thing about ximboglizzy is her creativity! Her outfits are always so fun and creative. I also love her thinking on challenges and giving us a chance to try different things. The banners are a fun bonus to participating in challenges too!

Dear State Minister L has always lead our state in a very chilled and fun ways. Contests is always about sharing what we enjoy such as food, music and so forth thus dressing up also allows us to share and learn lots with each other. There is really no stress in her state or leadership. Feels like we're just hanging out and enjoying sweet days with her. ♥️

Since I started playing I always admired L and her looks. Also noticed we had things in common but I was too shy to interact with her, no idea why. Then State Wars happened, and since our state is very small, very few people were active in the server and she was one of them. We worked hard together and I could see even at that time that she was very invested in our state( she wasn't SM at that time) . One night while chatting somehow the question of what the time was popped up, and we had the realization that we are from the same country. After we bonded over that and our niche interest lol. I also met another dear person to me thanks to her. We had a lot of fun and ended up getting 2nd place so I think that really showed our hard work. She is a really sweet and fun person, and really dedicated SM, she always has good ideas and tries to make our state more active. I hope she will continue to be our SM for a long time and I hope we'll get to met when I'll go back home.
PS: We actually met 300 years ago, but we are trying not to be suspicious so if any blood goes missing it totally wasn't us

electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.
Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4
months for State Minister.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure
is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.
