CA is withholding 450 billion dollars in money to the Feds and yes it is legal under US Tax Codes its called Organized Nonpayer which basically is  the tax version of conscientious objector used to oppose combat service in a war. CA gets only 78 cents back for every dollar sent to  D.C.. this year Trump By EO de-funded  CA. Trump blows, but Hillary was just as bad, if not worse. Then again, I consider myself a Libertarian so anyone with a D or an R next to their name is bad news as far as I'm concerned. Hillary Got a bad rap from fake news and propaganda. she dedicated her life to helping women  and children achieve equal opportunity and education in Arkansas while Bill was governor. that fight for human rights has continued. during her 30 years of Public Service Trump Spent that time  Sexually assaulting women.Failing to pay  employees and contractors, filing bankruptcy 5x being sued 3500 times,raping children,ripping off Native Americans when they built a Casino to wit they quickly got him out of their business and then conspired with Russia to grab the white house. so tel me again how much worse Hillary is.
