My best advice is to be aware of what ingredients are commonly used in legal skin bleaching products, such as glycolic acid, vitamin C, and niacinamide, among others, and to avoid them and other products that are marketed as bleaching/whitening/brightening skin.

to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
