I'm guessing they weren't tied though, because when I counted the bot votes, history ended up with 1 vote more than clowns, without the bots. Between me counting those votes and you making your comment, someone voted for clowns but that vote doesn't count because the poll was "closed" already.

electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
