That’s true. I feel like as long as someone isn’t a freak (ie kalvin garrah type behavior) and is willing to own up to their mistakes if they happen, it would go fine. Above all, the lgbt secretaries should be open minded and willing to learn from eachother and their community.

You’re right that it would be a lot of pressure on one person which is why we were all thinking about having multiple people do the one job of secretary. Not only does it spread the workload out, it also means that there is less chance of tokenization happening, cus there would be multiple people doing this job. This job is not an easy one and I definitely think it needs multiple people to do it. As for the popularity thing, hopefully people would actually read the letters that the nominees wrote and choose the five best options. You do have a lot of valid concerns and I think that there’s ways around some of these problems that will make the secretary position work

At least 18 years old, as this is a plausibly stressful position and personally I wouldn't be comfortable asking 16/17 year olds to take it up.
At least over level 21 and with at least 4 months on the site. No harm to newbies or anyone below that but I think this would be best as it shows they've demonstrated actively using the site, something clearly required to fit this position well.
More than one secretary should be a user of color. Having an all-white team has the obvious issue and only having a single secretary of color will inherently lead way to the possible tokenization that the previous secretary felt and lead to her leaving the position, even if this happens unintentionally.
At least one secretary of color should specifically be black. This I emphasize due to the fact recent suggestion of antiblackness has been completely dismissed without even being considered as an accidental possibility, and also the tendency for antiblackness that nonblack POC can often hold.
At least two secretaries should be transgender or, in the potential case of people who ID w cultural identities that cant easily be defined into western trans/cis binary/nonbinary binaries, otherwise not cisgender. Having an all-cis team would be an issue for the obvious reason, and only one trans team member would inherently lead to the same issue that only one secretary of color would bring up.
At least one trans secretary should specifically be transfeminine. This I emphasize for the same reasons I emphasize the point of a black team member, as TME trans people can often hold hugely transmisogynistic views. (TME meaning transmisogyny-exempt, anyone who is not directly oppressed by transmisogyny)At least two secretaries should be disabled in some way. I emphasize two for the same reason I say this about trans and/or of color secretaries, any possibility of users feeling tokenized while in the position should be avoided.
At least one of the disabled secretaries should be physically disabled. I emphasize this only due to the fact a lot of disabled but not physically disabled people can often hold hugely ableist views towards physically disabled people, such as considering their struggles "easier" and more "acknowledged" by society.At least one, preferably two, of the secretaries should be of minority faith. (Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, cultural belief systems, etc.,)
Users applying to be considered for the position should be asked to show that they know and understand terminology used by the communities the position exists to defend. Asking users applying to define basic terms used by these communities (such as TME, transfem, transmasc, POC, NT, goy, etc) and define their opinions on things such as truscum, TWERF ideology, "nonbinary-skeptics", anti-neopronouns sentiment, anti-he/him women or she/her men sentiment, etc., would be a good way to do this.

I think this post, which I cut off so you know which I'm talking about and so it's not too long, is a great specification of what we need. To cut it down for people who had trouble reading it- 

General criteria:

18+ Level 21+ and has spend 4+ months on Bimboland Basic knowledge of LGBT+ and related termsNo history of being hateful towards other marginalized groupsEx: being transphobic as a cis personNo history of being hateful towards those in same communityEx: being a transmedicalist trans person
Diversity (can include more than minimum):

Minimum two secretaries of color At least one must be black Minimum two trans secretaries At least one must be transmisogyny affected Minimum two disabled secretaries At least one must be physically disabled Minimum one, ideally at least two secretaries belonging to a marginalized religionEx: Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, etc.Overall I think this is a really good description of who best to represent us, but with those specifics, I'd recommend that we start looking at at least 5 secretaries, since it will be easier to reach the criteria above with an additional secretary or two as compared to the original suggestion of 3 or 4.

Yeah, it's pretty frustrating. I usually disregard dislikes, especially if they occur on a non-serious topic, but to those who are disliking- are you disliking because you don't like the very concept of LGBT+ secretaries, or do you have specific complaints? Rather than disliking posts, you'd do best to come out and say what your problems are (assuming they're real problems), or leave the discussion alone.

I know who some of them are—it’s not hard to tell actually. They’re sending dislikes because they don’t want this to happen and are hoping it sways general opinion. They’re also LGBT-phobic, but I think that’s obvious anyway.

All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.

A percentage of the money paid by Ximbo citizens via Paypal and SMS is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is wisely used for further game development.
