So I went to the Carnival theme party I was invited to, what a disaster... First of all the host (bless her soul) tripped over one of here 10 dog children and broke her arm badly, so instead of arriving fashionably late and glamorous I ended up going very early (before my pot of coffee) to help with set up. Got drunk before like 12 and with the insane heat we had that day most of my mime makeup was starting to make me look like a ghost of Christmas past lol!
Even though I really didn't mind setting up and nothing went to plan it was still a wonderful and silly day, that ventured into a late evening singing karaoke and having too many drinks. Later that night after we all decided to get to bed, my lover and I had quite the lovers quarrel. Needless to say he became physical and the fight got out of hand, because this typical cave man couldn't find his heart burn tablets. Is it all men that will rather ask where something is, knowing he hasn't even looked for the item himself? In my life, such a strong manly man was moaning like a baby. After finding the tablets in my drunk and tired state, this man whom I have known for half my life turns around and tells me im such a B*tch...
This made me think about the misinformed "power" people think they have calling anyone this, honey please - don't start something you cant finish.
I think I was more annoyed with that, than the stupid man child behaviour. My single girlfriend of course now cannot believe that we fight the way we do, was the first time she experience it and now will be even more off putting of relationships lol! What it comes down to for me, why call me a b... im simply someone with opinions and don't have time for useless rants about stupid things. Anyway was a bit of a misfire at the end of the night, but atleast my outfit was cute and damn did I look skinny and drunk in what looks like ALL my pics :)
Right now life can calm down a bit, no more events for this skank as work will now be taking up most of my time before the holidays start.

So my bff is now moving to Wales in a few months, she just had her baby with her Welsh boyfriend and now his stealing her to go very far over seas. Though I'm very happy for them, I'm so sad that the most normal person (according to me anyway) will now be 8000 miles away form me.
Its a big major change for someone in South Africa to move so far, we are a very close group at work and we have become like a little family. I wish I could give her some advise but I haven't travelled that far yet, so I have no idea what to say to her. She is extremely overwhelmed and not sure what to expect, anyone know anything about Wales that might make her feel better?

put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are
electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.
Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4
months for State Minister.
