If it really says you don't have enough funds, you should report it with "Report a problem" button at the bottom of the page
After my bimbo is done sleeping I'll try once again with 0.00B$ just to see if it still won't let me work, and if there's still an issue I'll collect some money and try again!!It happened to someone else in the past too. Obviously some rare and weird glitch. Seems like it happens randomly.Try to vote in some fights or debates, give reaction, play a duel or mini game to get some money and you should be able to work again.

electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
