20 votes? sorry, this would be too much, because it has to be well balanced.
with 20 votes you would rarely see any open debates, because at the time a bimbo opens three fights a murder of bimbo crows will put their votes onto them.
to understand, just take a look at my example. 4 players would have 80 votes, but they only need 36 to resolve their fights of one day (in this case it is not important any more, if they open their fights against each other or against inactive non-voting bimbos). so where to go with the other 44 votes? as long as you get rep and B$ for a vote, nobody would want to waste them.
in this case the cheaters with zombie bimbos in control would open extra fights, to be able to put votes on with their main actress.
but it makes no difference, whether every bimbo plays fair (what we all do) or not (who would do), there are far too many votes on the table.
(then it's the same as paying some extra € to buy carbon dioxide certificates on the market. when there are too many offered, the price is low and no company has to calculate, if it makes sense to buy them, because their profit is much higher with paying these low prized certificates then to resign and preserve the climate. companies don't care for environment. this is the way german power companies are running the old and dirty air polluting brown coal power plants. and it is the reason why germany will fail at reducing carbon dioxide output like they decided years ago in the federal parliament. this is real politics. germany is under the top 10 nations in cheating.)

the bimbo.land has to find a new better balanced rule and it would be too easy to take another number in between 5 and 9.
with their takeaway of the old rep and B$ system they destroyed as well the old simple but working maximum "5 votes per day"-rule in debating/fighting.
Perhaps, if two bimbos vote for the same bimbo, the fight can be declared finished (not waiting for the third vote). And, perhaps, the points and $bimbo can be awarded only for the first 5 votes, but permit more votes to be registered that go unrewarded by points and $bimbo.These are both really good ideas.
